Shipping Information

We appreciate your patience while we work out the last details on Shipping vs. Will Call and Local Delivery. At this time we are only offering Will Call. This option will save you time as you can place your order online and then stop by the store at your convenience between our regular open hours to pick up your order. Your order will be prepared and ready, simply see one of our customer service team, they’ll verify your receipt, and help carry and load your order into your vehicle. It’s that easy! We have full delivery services online very soon so please check back often.

Please Note: Our delivery service will be limited to a 50 mile radius from the store.
We will have the ability to ship within the 48 contiguous United States.

Our goal is to have your Will Call order ready for pick-up within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Deliveries will be made on specific days (Tuesdays and Thursdays, weather permitting).

We will call immediately following the receipt of your order, if there are any concerns or problems with your order.

EXCEPTION: Special orders may require between 7 to 10 business days to fill, due to the need to co-ordinate with our suppliers. This applies primarily to items that are available, but are not normally stocked at our store.
